Because yardage is the
predominant factor in determining a USGA
Course Rating, accurate measurement of each
hole is essential. Using Electronic Measuring
Device (EMD), measurements can be determined
in approximately 15 seconds after setup,
and an 18-hole course with three sets of
tees can be measured in about 3 hours. (Approximate
cost HK$5,000 plus travel expenses.)
